Grove GMK5110-1 / GMK5135 Mobile Crane

The GMK5110-1 builds on the success of the GMK5100, offering a 110 tonne lift capacity with a 50.6 meter,  5-section Twin-Lock boom and 40 tonne counterweight. A two-step transfer case increases agility at low speeds with the Megatrak hydropneumatic suspension giving a smooth ride on the roughest terrain. The 1:50th scale model reviewed here has accurately captured every aspect of this imposing crane.
